Ships via EMS or UPS, shipping charges are calculated using a table based on packing weight.
In case of shipment outside of Japan, the buyer may be charged import duties and other fees by the destination country.
Returns and Defective Products
In principle, returns are accepted only if the product is defective, misdirected, or otherwise recognized by our company. If the product is in stock, it will be exchanged; if not, the product price will be refunded by wire transfer or registered cash envelope.
Returns for customer reasons (e.g., image is different, size does not fit) are available as a service of h.NAOTO WEBSHOP. In such cases, the customer is responsible for the cost of return and refund. In fact, products purchased in stores or by mail order are not subject to the cooling-off period.
The customer must contact h.NAOTO WEBSHOP by e-mail or phone to return the goods, and follow the method specified by h.NAOTO WEBSHOP upon receiving confirmation.
The return notification must be made within 8 days of receipt of the merchandise, and the returned merchandise must arrive at h.NAOTO WEBSHOP within 14 days. In principle, returns will not be accepted after the deadline.
Please refrain from returning or exchanging made-to-order products.
